A 90 ans, il attaque sa banque au pistolet

Un homme de 90 ans a été arrêté puis remis en liberté pour avoir "attaqué" sa banque... deux fois. Ce nonagénaire placé sous tutelle a tenté une première fois jeudi matin de retirer de l'argent sur son compte dans une agence de la Caisse d'épargne dans le quartier populaire de Pont-de-Vivaux, dans le 10e arrondissement. Mécontent du refus des employés, il était revenu une demi-heure plus tard en exhibant un pistolet de calibre 7.65 mm chargé.
 
Interpellé par les policiers de la Brigade anti-criminalité, il était présenté dans la soirée au parquet qui le remettait en liberté. Mais vendredi matin, le vieil homme a de nouveau voulu retirer de l'argent  sur son compte et a agressé verbalement une guichetière avant d'être de nouveau interpellé, cette fois sans arme. Les policiers l'ont ramené à sa famille après lui avoir fait la morale.
