Le professeur de sport confondu par ses élèves

Au début de l'affaire, une simple clé USB. Elle avait été trouvée au sol par des élèves du collège public Pierre-Joannon de Saint-Chamond, dans la Loire, à proximité du gymnase. Mais sur cette clé figuraient des contenus fort peu innocents : des photos et des vidéos à caractère pédo-pornographique.

Alertée par le principal du collège, la police a identifié le propriétaire de la clé, rapidement confondu car les mêmes fichiers figuraient sur un ordinateur de son domicile : il s'agissait d'un professeur d'éducation physique du collège, âgé de 54 ans.

Des photos et vidéos téléchargées depuis internet ?

Mis en examen, le professeur a été remis en liberté sous contrôle judiciaire jeudi soir, avec interdiction d'entrer en contact avec des mineurs, et donc d'exercer sa profession d'enseignant. Le mis en cause a précisé que les photos et vidéos qui figuraient sur sa clé USB avaient été téléchargées depuis internet.

Une commission rogatoire devrait toutefois être délivrée aux enquêteurs pour vérifier que des élèves du collège saint-chamonais ne figurent pas sur les images retrouvées.
